Angel Israfeel – Prophets of God
In Islam, Angel Israfeel is believed to be one of the four Archangels, along with Gabriel, Michael, and Azrael. Israfeel’s primary task is to blow the trumpet on the Day of Judgment, signaling the end of the world and the beginning of the afterlife.
According to Islamic mythology, Angel Israfeel is described as having a striking appearance, with four wings and a beautiful voice. It is said that he stands on a rock in the furthest corner of the world, holding the trumpet in his hand, waiting for the command from Allah to blow it.
The sound of Israfeel’s trumpet is said to be so powerful that it will bring the dead back to life and will cause the mountains to crumble. The trumpet will be blown three times, each time with a different meaning. The first time it is blown, everyone will faint. The second time it is blown, everyone will be resurrected. And the third time it is blown, everyone will line up for judgment.
Israfeel is also said to be the angel who will roll up the universe like a scroll when Allah commands it, bringing about the end of the world. It is believed that his role in the creation of the universe was to hold the Tablet of Destiny, which Allah used to create everything in existence.
In Islam, Angel Israfeel is revered and respected for his role in bringing about the end of the world and the afterlife. His trumpet is a symbol of the final judgment and the accountability that every Muslim will face for their actions in this life.
