Duas for 3 Ashras of Ramadan
What is Ashra? Ashra is an Arabic word. the word Ashra means 10 days. As the Ramadan month lasts for 29 or 30 days. Allah (S.W.T.) divided it in 3 Ashras.
The First Ashra is first 10 days of Ramadan, it is dedicated to the Mercy of Allah (S.W.T.).
The second Ashra is second 10 days of Ramadan, it grants the Forgiveness of Allah (S.W.T.).
The third Ashra is last 9 or 10 days of Ramadan, it is dedicated to the Safety from Hell (Jahannam).
Here are Duas for 3 Ashras of Ramadan
1st Ashra
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Rabbi ighfir warham wa anta khayrur raahimeen
O My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful
2nd Ashra
اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ رَبِّىْ مِنْ كُلِّ ذَنْۢبٍ وَّاَتُوْبُ اِلَيْهِ
Astagfirullah rab-bi min kulli zambinw wa-atoobu ilaiyh
I ask forgiveness of my sins from Allah who is my Lord and I turn towards Him
3rd Ashra
اَللَّهُمَّ أَجِرْنِي مِنَ النَّارِ
Allahumma ajirni min annar
O Allah, save me from the Hell – Fire
