25.8. Sufi Music and Stories – Joogakoulu Shanti, Runeberginkatu 43, 18:30-21:30, Free Attendance

A representative of an over 1400-year old sufi tradition, Sheikh Hassan Dyck visits Finland for the first time on 25.8. He tells centuries old stories that change lives and offers music that rejuvenates the heart. With his humble presence he takes us deep into spirituality. At the same time he gives simple advice on how to life a good life.

26.8. Dhikr and Dinner – Hautomo, Merimiehenkatu 29, 17:30-21:00, Free Attendance

Dhikr means remembrance of our Origin, our Creator. “The Heavenly Garden on Earth is a gathering for dhikr. It is the best thing that a human can do in this life.” – Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon Him) .Sheikh Hassan Dyck leads us into the holy Dhikr of Naqshbandi al-Haqqani sufi tradition. A simple dinner is served.

26.8. Daytrip to Espoo Archipelago with a public ferry (14€). A potluck (nyyttäri) picnic. Start from Otaniemi Ferry Harbor 08:50. Return around ~15:30

We take the public ferry from Otaniemi to go and enjoy the pure and beautiful islands just of the coast of Helsinki and Espoo. Ferry ride is about one hour or more. We will have time to make some nice walks, relax and enjoy the great company.

Please if you like, bring something to share for a potluck (nyyttäri) picnic. In case of bad weather, we will do something else.

Sheikh Hassan Dyck leads spiritual centers in Germany, teaches and plays music around Europe. He is an imam who would not claim to be knowing anything. He would say he is just sharing from the great wisdom oceans of his masters and sheikhs.
