The award-winning initiative has provided streamlined ritual completion services to over 1.7 million pilgrims without charge since its implementation.
Authority President Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais described the recognition, “This achievement demonstrates our dedication to placing the pilgrim experience at the center of our operations,”.
