1/05/18 – We are still looking for a suitable building to purchase.
4/12/17 – Regrettably building sold to the highest bidder. We continue to look for another premises.
1/11/17 – Suitable small building identified, offer made to the landlord, however our offer is not the highest offer.
15/10/17 – ASF team consulted community, due to challenges faced during lease attempts it has been proposed to change the approach and aim to look for new premises to purchase.
1/7/17 – Landlord sold the building.
5/4/17 – Proposal submitted, awaiting landlord’s approval.
2/4/17 – Suitable premises identified by ASF building team.
1/1/17 – We continue to look for suitable building.
10/9/16 – Very tragic news! Landlord sold the building to a cash buyer.
30/8/16 – Fundraising continue to achieve target £40,000 by 16/9/2016
1/8/16 – Terms of reference and lease paper work completed, despite to be paid by 17 Sep 2016
15/7/16 – ASF team development workshop session at University of Bedfordshire.
10/6/16 – Options finalised for the curriculum.
21/4/16 – Great news, paperwork commenced to finalise lease.
10/4/16 – Suitable location identified, proposal submitted awaiting confirmation.
30/3/16 – No suitable building has come up yet, building team is viewing more buildings in the coming days.
20/3/16 – 2 new talented experienced teachers have joined the team, Allhamdullilah we are now 18 passionate committed individuals working as one unit to develop unique solution for 21st Century British Muslims.
05/3/16 – AS Foundation research team which has been working on a unique curriculum has now progressed to final stages.
01/3/16 – 2 Sites identified earlier this year have not been suitable for the school, looking for premises.
15/2/16 – AS Foundation Presentation with Luton Borough Council, ” AbaSaleh Foundation’s presentation has been seen by Luton Borough Council Team including Corporate Director of Children & Learning. We fully support this project” (Councillor Mahmood Hussain).
05/2/16 – Meeting with Luton MP, “Good project, wish you all the best” (Gavin Shuker, Luton South MP)
17/1/16 – ASF fundraiser Gala was held at venue centre, many thanks to all donors for your support.
