La ilaha illa Anta Subhanaka Full Dua Meaning, in Arabic & Benefits
La ilaha illa Anta Subhanaka is a short and powerful Dua that saved Prophet Yunus from being trapped in the darkness alone in the whale’s stomach. The Dua is found in The Holy Quran in Surah Anbiya, Verse 87th known as Ayat e Karima (Ayat e Kareema) or Tasbi E Yunus.
What makes it more special is that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said about La ilaha illa Anta dua “…Indeed, no Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except Allah responds to him.” [Tirmidhi]

The full dua of La Ilaha Illa anta is written in Arabic with the Diacritical as:
لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
and Without the Diacritical:
لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين

Transliteration
La ilaha illa Anta Subhanaka inni Kuntu Minaz Zalimin
Meaning
“There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been one of the wrongdoers.”
The 1st part of the dua La ilaha illa Anta means There is no God except you[Allah] as Prophet Yunus directed his words to Allah.
The 2nd part Subhanaka is Glory be unto You as the Prophet glorifies Allah to say that He is free and away from any deficiencies.
The last part inni kuntu minaz zalimin is an acknowledgment of wrongdoing and shortcoming.

وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَـٰضِبًۭا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَـٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ٨٧
Watha annooni ith thahabamughadiban fathanna an lan naqdira AAalayhifanada fee aththulumatian la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inneekuntu mina aththalimeen
And [mention] the man of the fish [i.e., Jonah], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses,”There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.”
