Its Own Form of Repentance – Abdur Rahman’s Corner
Peace, one and all…
‘Every limb has its own form of repentance. The repentance of the heart is to resolve to abandon forbidden desires. The repentance of the eyes is to shut them to forbidden things. The repentance of the hands is to give up grasping after prohibited objects. The repentance of the ears is to stop them from hearing worthless talk. The repentance of the belly is to avoid eating illicit foods. The repentance of the private parts is to avoid obscene acts’.
